Founded in 1981 by Lloyd "Chooch" Petoscia, the Stingrays Swim Team is a member of USS (United States Swimming) and SCS (Southern California Swimming). Workouts are fun and effective to bringing a swimmer to his/her potential. From the beginner to the Olympic qualifying athlete, the Stingrays are there. Lloyd "Chooch" Petoscia is the head coach with assistant coach Gary McDowell. The Stingrays practice from 5:00 P.M. 7:00 P.M. weekdays at L.A.
